For JITv8.x noobnl used my libdvm.so compiled with JIT and my compiled libnativehelper.so and added some configuration options to make it all more stable.

Ok, so the calculator update is not working right for some people. I need to figure out why and fix it. In the mean time, a workaround should be to FIRST manually delete both Calculator.apk and Calculator.odex from /system/app and SECOND apply the update. It's probably a good idea to manually clear dalvik cache too for good measure.
The non-jit version should be moved out into the Development Board or the Kernel/Kitchen/ROM BoardThe jit version still needs some work (crashes/freezes etc)but EVERYONE with a moment should install atleast the non-jit version it is a free 50% performance gain. There are some issues with some apks force closing, but they can be fixed and it isnt really the fault of the libbut poorly written apks.
I agree. JIT stuff should be in the testerboard, and this should be in the development board; This rocks.
The actual JIT package is more stable then using just the optimized libdvm.so.

I've been running this optimized libdvm.so since it was posted and I haven't had a single freeze or reboot... if I was running just JIT I would be on my 5th reboot minimum.
